About Dusfora

Dusfora is a small online home decor store for Australian homes: sculptural vases, sculptures, desk clocks, ceramics, cushions and cordless lamps. The store is owned and operated by Nixen OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registry code 17592755).

How we choose our pieces

We pick every piece ourselves from manufacturers and suppliers in China, and we write our own product descriptions from the supplier's specifications: size, material and power. If a supplier cannot confirm a detail, we do not claim it.

Where your order comes from

Orders are packed at our fulfilment partner's warehouse in China and sent to Australia, where Australia Post delivers the final leg to your door. Delivery takes about 14 days from the day you order, is tracked door to door and is free on every Australian order. No import duties or taxes are charged on delivery.

One honest price

Every piece has one price in Australian dollars, with GST and delivery included. There is no inflated list price to discount from. The only saving is Mix and save when you buy several of the same piece.

Returns

You can return a piece within 14 days of delivery. Damaged or faulty pieces are replaced or refunded, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply. Details are in our refund policy and shipping policy.
