Delivery is free, always

Delivery is free on every Australian order, with no minimum spend. The delivery cost is already built into the price you see, so there is no shipping charge added at checkout.

How long it takes

Your order arrives in about 14 days from the day you place it, tracked door to door, with the final leg handled by Australia Post. We would rather give you an honest timeframe than a short one we cannot keep.

Where we deliver

We deliver to every Australian state and territory, including regional addresses. Remote areas can take a few days longer.

How your order is packed

Every piece is wrapped and boxed for the journey, with extra padding around ceramic, stone and glass.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. If tracking has not moved for more than 5 business days, email us and we will chase it for you.

Prices, duties and taxes

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. No import duties or taxes are charged on delivery.
