About these terms
These terms apply to every purchase from dusfora.com. You can reach us at info@dusfora.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping, Refund and Privacy policies.
Products and descriptions
We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can. Natural materials such as ceramic, stone, glass and timber vary slightly from piece to piece, and colours can look different from screen to screen. Product images may show a piece styled in a room for scale and mood.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Delivery within Australia is free and no import duties or taxes are charged on delivery, so the price at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is taken through Shopify Checkout by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay. If a price is shown in error, we will contact you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund.
Orders
Your order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order if a piece becomes unavailable or if we suspect fraud; in that case you are refunded in full to your original payment method.
Delivery
Orders arrive in about 14 days from the day they are placed. Full details are in our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns and your consumer rights
You can return a piece within 14 days of delivery as described in our Refund policy. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Use of the website
The content, photography and text on this website belong to Dusfora and may not be copied for commercial use without our written permission. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its operation.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
