About this piece

A 45 x 45 cm chenille cushion with loose black ink squiggles embroidered on cream and a black flange edge, insert included. It is for a neutral sofa or reading chair that needs some personality without adding colour, a little like a sketch you can touch.

It is the most expressive design in the Monochrome Chenille range. The embroidered lines have real depth and movement, and no two corners of the pattern feel quite the same. It looks especially good against linen and oak, adds a gallery feel to a reading chair, and softens the straight lines of a modern room. The black flange frames the pattern like a picture mount. Mix it with a stripe or polka dot for a relaxed, curated look.

The cover comes filled with a plush brushed insert, so it arrives plump and ready to use straight from the box. The chenille is soft and warm under bare arms, and a hidden zip makes care simple. Each cushion ships carefully packed. It makes a memorable gift for anyone who loves art and design.
