An iron sculpture, about 51 cm wide, 10 cm deep and 23 cm tall: a small black seated figure on a slim bar above a curtain of white metal ribbons, held within a sweeping black half moon frame. It is for a long, narrow surface such as a media console, a dining room sideboard or a wide bookshelf that needs one horizontal anchor.
It reads like a quiet moment frozen in time, someone sitting at the edge of a wave, lost in thought. The rhythm of the looped ribbons catches warm evening light and casts delicate, shifting shadows on the plaster wall behind it, while small brass tone end caps add a hint of warmth to the black and white palette.
It pairs naturally with a stack of books and a single stoneware vase, and it makes a thoughtful gift for a new home or a reflective friend who loves modern art, calm spaces and objects with a story behind them. Every sculpture is carefully packed for delivery to your Australian door.
